Menu now presents an improved version of Christian Bjørn’s ingenious idea of the
ovenproof and stackable Ovendish porcelain dishes. After extensive research and
development to find new materials, the dishes have been made much lighter and easier
to handle – not least because of the practical grip rim.
New Ovendish, the new generation of Christian
Bjørn’s series of ovenproof porcelain dishes, is still
based on the concept of stackable dishes in several
sizes. The dishes fit together – even in the oven
– so multiple dishes can be heated at the same time.
Menu conducted extensive research and development
to find new materials to make the dishes much
lighter and easier to work with. And the clean and
stylish lines have been further refined and enhanced
with a practical grip rim. After cooling down briefly,
the dishes can be placed directly on the table thanks
to the heat-resistant silicone feet. Food can also be
kept hot by placing a tealight under the serving dish.
New items in this series are coming soon.
